Jupiter, FL Responsibilities:
Complete all essential functions of Warehouse Associate position Lead group of shipping and receiving team members. Manage the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers. Communicate the instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse. Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded. Prepare the documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice). Communicate with carriers to ensure on time and form the collection and / or loading of the finished product. Review operator and carrier line data in Tracking Platform. Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained. Communicate any deviation, problem and/or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or similar minimum required.
