Preferred Qualifications:
International shipping experience preferred Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks is a plus Ability to read blueprints/prints is a plus Ability to use measuring devices preferred
Skills:
Must be dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and within a team setting

Job Description:
Established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires a candidate with organizational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience working within a manufacturing setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments in a manufacturing environment Load and unload trucks, including heavy machinery and materials, in confined and hot warehouse environments Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and inspect materials for shortages, damage, or discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed Pull parts and materials based on bills of material and manufacturing schedules Package, palletize, box, and prepare outgoing shipments according to shipping specifications Create shipping documentation including bills of lading, FedEx labels, shipping labels, and packing slips Organize and maintain stockroom inventory using part numbers and inventory procedures Transfer materials between warehouse and manufacturing departments as required Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist with general storeroom maintenance Perform occasional errands including local vendor and hardware store pickups Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse regulations
Work Environment:
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent walking, bending, climbing, crouching, lifting, and reaching required Comfortable working in warehouse/manufacturing environments including heat, dust, noise, and confined spaces
