What You'll Bring :

High school diploma or GED required; college a plus 2+ years of warehouse management (food industry preferred) Familiar with safety, inventory, and warehouse systems Comfortable with WMS and basic computer tasks Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping daily Manage people, schedules, and performance Track accuracy, on-time shipments, and workflow Train and motivate staff to succeed

What You'll Do:

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping. Maintain accurate inventory levels using WMS and ERP systems. Monitor material flow to support production schedules and prevent delays. Conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies. Leadership & Team Management Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff ; assign tasks and manage performance. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Plan and manage labor resources to meet operational demands. Shipping & Receiving Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping or receiving issues. Validate documentation including BOLs, packing slips, and receiving reports. Safety & Compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment. Enforce safety procedures, conduct regular safety checks, and ensure proper use of equipment. Oversee proper handling and storage of materials in alignment with facility standards.
