Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate operations Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to maintain high productivity levels and foster a positive team environment Oversee inventory management processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 to track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and prevent discrepancies Coordinate warehouse distribution efforts, ensuring compliance with safety standards such as OSHA regulations and best practices in heavy lifting and materials handling Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows within the warehouse setting Manage logistics for 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers and oversee shipping & receiving operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness Maintain accurate records of inventory control activities, shipment documentation, and safety compliance reports Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of inventory management, distribution processes, and logistics operations Hands-on experience operating forklifts; certification preferred Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400 systems, and general warehouse management practices Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and heavy lifting techniques Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse environments Experience working in e-commerce or 3PL logistics environments is highly desirable Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster collaboration Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocols Join us in shaping the future of efficient logistics!
