For hourly employees, overtime pay will be provided for hours worked beyond the standard workweek, in compliance with applicable labor regulations. Job Summary： Responsible for the daily on-site operation and supervision of the logistics station, ensuring safe, efficient and standardized execution of loading/unloading, delivery and daily workflow. Manage frontline staff, maintain site discipline and resolve on-site issues promptly. Key Responsibilities： Supervise daily site operations, including staff scheduling, task assignment and on-site workflow implementation. Monitor loading, unloading, delivery and handover procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards and timeliness requirements. Conduct on-site safety management, identify potential hazards, enforce safety rules and prevent safety incidents. Lead and supervise frontline team members, provide work guidance, maintain discipline and follow up on work performance. Handle on-site exceptions, customer feedback and emergencies in a timely manner, and escalate issues when necessary. Manage site equipment, materials and working environment to maintain order and cleanliness. Complete daily operation reports, data statistics and other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements： Relevant working experience in site supervision, logistics, distribution or on-site operations. Strong on-site organization, coordination and problem-solving skills; able to respond quickly to emergencies. Responsible, detail-oriented with good execution and team management awareness. Proficient in English for daily work communication, coordination and documentation. Able to work on-site under pressure and adapt to shift arrangements if required. Familiar with basic logistics operation processes and safety regulations.
