Job Description
We are seeking an organized and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing warehouse documentation, and communicating with drivers, vendors, and internal team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse tasks. Responsibilities Coordinate daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, packing lists, and other warehouse documents Verify incoming deliveries for quantity, condition, and accuracy Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records Update warehouse management systems and internal spreadsheets Communicate with drivers, carriers, vendors, and other departments Assist with inventory counts and investigate discrepancies Monitor order status and help resolve shipping or receiving issues Organize warehouse paperwork and maintain proper documentation Ensure products are stored safely and in the correct locations Support warehouse employees with daily assignments and workflow coordination Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Assist with picking, packing, labeling, loading, or unloading when needed Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheet software Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment Forklift certification is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
