Shipping Foreman M&B Products Inc. - 2.0 Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time From $19.43 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance 401(k) matching Referral program Qualifications Forklift Certification Lifting equipment Computer operation Receiving operations supervision Packing Computer literacy Warehouse management experience English Forklift Order shipping High school diploma or GED Order fulfillment receiving Barcode scanning for logistics RF communication systems Shipping and receiving inventory management Desktop applications Warehouse experience Computer skills Managing teams as a warehouse supervisor Pallet jack Crew management Material handling equipment operation Full Job Description Responsibilities Supervise loading and unloading of trucks / trailers Lead and train daily work crews Receive and check incoming pick tickets Locate products using in-house hand held computers Accurately retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. Build pallets with orders and transition them to the loading docks Wrap orders before loading on trucks Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment Keep records of completed orders Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions Move trailers and trucks to and from loading dock Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards Skills / Requirements Experience in supervision of warehouse , shipping and receiving Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position Experience or licensed in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment Experience with invoice picking systems and RF devices Able to read and write in English Great attention to detail Diligent and punctual Basic computer skills required Good physical strength and stamina Able to work overtime and occasional weekends Able to change work shift if needed High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
