Job Description:

Our Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the night shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer's accounts, ensuring that all items ordered are received. This position is hands on, and expectation is to have a high level of presence out on the Warehouse Floor (80%) in a fast-paced environment. The expected hours for this role are Mon-Thurs 5pm-5am or based upon business needs.

Duties:

Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly Maintain set work standards for picking orders. Assist and train selection and replenishment personnel Manage and develop night shift personnel Maintain quality standards for order selection Maintain all safety activities for the night shift Manage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner. Check product and packaging for quality purposes prior to shipping. Reviews orders for shipment to ensure accuracy. Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.

Basic Requirements Bilingual:

Fluent in English and Spanish required.
