Keep the warehouse operating safely and efficiently every day Oversee shipping & receiving (loading, unloading, documentation) Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time Maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready warehouse Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy (cycle counts) Improve workflows and layout for better efficiency Enforce GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Execute the Master Sanitation Schedule Identify and reduce food safety and quality risks Support team performance, coaching, and development Communicate key updates with Plant & Quality leadership Our Ideal Candidate Has 2+ years of warehouse experience (supervisory experience preferred) Brings a strong focus on safety, organization, and accountability Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Has experience in food manufacturing, GMP, or HACCP (preferred) Understands OSHA and warehouse safety practices Can confidently lead a team and communicate effectively Is detail-oriented and keeps accurate records Is comfortable with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office) Bonus points for: Bilingual skills CDL license What You Bring to the Table Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, man lift) Strong teamwork and leadership skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Willingness to take initiative and own your area Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Flexibility to work hours as needed What Your Day Will Look Like Active, hands-on work (walking, lifting, operating equipment) Working in a manufacturing warehouse environment Exposure to varying temperatures (-15°F to 100°F) Interaction with equipment like conveyors and machinery A role that keeps you moving and engaged throughout the shift We Take Safety Seriously We provide the training and equipment you need to succeed safely: PPE provided (safety footwear, gloves, hair/beard nets, etc.) Ongoing training including: Forklift certification Food safety & GMP Emergency procedures Hazard communication The Impact You'll Make This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly.
