About This Position TJFACT is seeking a well-qualified Warehouse Specialist Supervisor to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), in Albany, Georgia . This is a full-time onsite position responsible for supervising contractor personnel, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring contract requirements are performed efficiently and in accordance with Government expectations. The Warehouse Specialist Supervisor assists in the day-to-day management of warehouse operations by overseeing personnel, allocating resources, monitoring operational performance, and serving as the Contractor's onsite point of contact in the absence of the Project/Warehouse Manager.

This position is being recruited in support of a proposal effort. Any offer of employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of all pre-employment requirements. Key Responsibilities Receive work assignments and operational direction from the Project/Warehouse Manager. Possess the knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and ensure the successful completion of assigned work. Serve as the Contractor's onsite supervisor and point of contact for Government representatives in the absence of the Project/Warehouse Manager. Provide overall supervision of contractor personnel, including planning and professionally managing project activities; allocating resources; managing personnel; monitoring operational performance; ensuring customer satisfaction; scheduling work to maximize available resources; and ensuring accurate and timely reports are provided. Provide effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of labor-hour services. Ensure cost-saving measures and quality control practices are implemented to support work being performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost. Conduct spot checks of completed work to ensure compliance with contractual work sequences, procedures, methods, and established deadlines. Ensure work is performed properly and efficiently in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), or an equivalent automated warehouse management system, within the past five (5) years.
