Monday•Friday | 7:30 AM•4 PM Pay Rate/Salary of the

$21/hr Responsibilities of the
Warehouse Coordinator:
Oversee all employees and activities related to warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and material management. Maintain optimal warehouse conditions, ensuring proper storage, inventory, and housekeeping standards. Select, train, assign, schedule, coach, and counsel warehouse team members, consistently driving superior performance. Develop and monitor cycle counts; recommend inventory adjustments using the NetSuite ERP System. Analyze and resolve all inventory-related concerns within the Distribution Center. Ensure adherence to shipping and receiving schedules, and maintain compliance with inbound/outbound window times. Record receipt of goods, reconcile with bills of lading, and conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies. Other duties assigned. Qualifications of the
Warehouse Coordinator:
College degree or equivalent training. Proven knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Outstanding people skills and a track record of effective team leadership. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Strong planning and organizational skills. Forklift certification. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
