Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Develop and implement warehouse processes and best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health, safety, and security standards. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations. Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Manage warehouse layout and optimize space utilization. Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors. Qualifications Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures, and warehouse safety compliance. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
