• Position Overview
• The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations by overseeing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, takes pride in operational excellence, and values working in a calm, structured, and purpose focused environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, and eager to learn systems that support a growing wellness brand.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Oversee and support day to day warehouse operations + Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records + Ensure warehouse workflow runs smoothly and efficiently + Utilize internal software systems + Perform data entry, tracking, and reporting using Excel + Support inventory accuracy and product handling standards + Communicate with internal teams to support fulfillment needs
• Qualifications
• + 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience + Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes + Comfortable working with computers and learning new software + Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel + Highly trainable, organized, and detail oriented + Reliable, steady work ethic aligned with a wellness focused culture

• Pay Details:

• $15.
