System Feedback & Support:

Collect and report issues related to business systems; collaborate closely with IT and other support teams to resolve system-related challenges.

Warehouse Staff Management:

Define and oversee warehouse staff responsibilities and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and adherence to standards. Implement strategies to optimize staff performance and identify areas for improvement.

On-site Issue Management:

Respond promptly to on-site requests (e.g., order picking), maintain warehouse order, and address safety concerns. Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to optimize warehouse operations.

Workflow Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and improve facility layout and workflow design to maximize efficiency and minimize operational delays. Coordinate with other business units to ensure inter-team alignment and smooth operations.

Business Process Improvement:

Analyze, design, and optimize operational processes to achieve optimal efficiency, safety, and performance. Gather feedback on urgent issues and initiate improvements based on insights to continuously enhance warehouse processes. 【Requirements】 Must be proficient in Chinese (Mandarin); bilingual proficiency (Chinese/English) is preferred. Prior experience in warehouse operations or shipping/receiving is preferred. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage. Solid mechanical knowledge; ability to safely operate heavy machinery and equipment.

Operational Experience:

Experience with parcel sorting and order fulfillment.

Business Familiarity:

Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.

Adaptability:

Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Personal Skills:

Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay:

$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
