This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, comfortable working alongside the team, and able to keep inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse employees
• Manage daily receiving, shipping, packing, and inventory activities
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
• Coordinate product storage and proper warehouse locations
• Handle returns, RMA items, and returned equipment
• Identify inventory discrepancies and help resolve issues
• Maintain warehouse procedures and improve workflow when needed
• Train new warehouse employees and provide ongoing coaching
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work quality
• Work closely with other departments regarding inventory, orders, and shipment priorities
• Use inventory or warehouse management systems to track products and transactions
• Assist with hands-on warehouse work when needed Qualifications
• 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or related experience
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and inventory management software
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Able to lift and move warehouse products/equipment as required
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Mandarin Speaker preferred Experience with Odoo or another ERP/inventory management system is a plus.

What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of the warehouse rather than simply completing assigned tasks. The right person should be able to recognize problems, organize daily operations, maintain accurate inventory, and make sure warehouse tasks are completed efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership position , so the Warehouse Supervisor/Lead will both lead warehouse operations and assist with daily warehouse work when necessary.
