This position is responsible for ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and customer service standards are consistently met while maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, shipping, and dispatch. Ensure accurate inventory transactions and shipment processing. Monitor warehouse productivity and employee performance. Assign workloads and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. Train, coach, and support warehouse team members. Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback. Partner with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency. Resolve operational issues and respond to operational challenges. Maintain warehouse records, reports, and operational documentation. Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and workplace efficiency. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager required. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software. Ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement. Preferred Skills Inventory control, forecasting, and warehouse planning experience. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and logistics operations. Understanding of DOT regulations and warehouse safety practices. Experience operating forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
