Garden City , G A Long term opportunity Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description As a Lead, you will serve as the first level of operational leadership on the warehouse floor while actively participating in production activities. This role is responsible for coordinating labor, monitoring productivity, enforcing safety standards, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting daily operational goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance physical work with team oversight in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Direct daily workflow, assign labor, monitor productivity, and ensure operational goals are met Participate in unloading containers, staging materials, building pallets, and supporting production needs Enforce safety standards, conduct pre-shift safety checks, and immediately report incidents or unsafe conditions Monitor quality standards including pallet accuracy, product damage, labeling, and customer-specific requirements Track labor efficiency, container completion metrics, downtime, attendance, and communicate shift performance to management
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience required Prior leadership, team lead, or crew coordination experience preferred Ability to lift, push, pull, and perform physical labor throughout the shift Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Basic computer, RF scanner, and productivity tracking experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus
