Manufacturing Warehouse Lead

Essential Functions:

Inventory Management:

Receiving new stock, organizing and storing items, accurately tracking inventory levels, and conducting regular inventory audits.

Order Fulfillment:

Processing customer orders, picking and packing items, ensuring correct items and quantities are shipped, and preparing outgoing shipments securely.

Administrative Support:

Processing shipping and delivery documents, maintaining records, producing operational reports, and handling general clerical duties.

Logistics & Operations:

Loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and moving inventory between locations.

Safety & Organization:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, removing safety hazards, and ensuring the warehouse operates in compliance with safety protocols.

Collaboration & Communication:

Interacting with internal teams, external customers, and vendors, and communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery. Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in company ERP system. Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Outlook and Excel. Strong ability to manage time, organize tasks, and maintain accurate inventory records. Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers. Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced, indoor environment. This position is required to operate a forklift and obtain certification. This position will be exposed to and required to lift up-to 70 lbs. of cleaning chemicals daily. Required to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, push and pull on a frequent basis.
