What You'll Do
- Supervise receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping operations
- Manage staffing plans, productivity, and daily production goals
- Utilize WMS reports to monitor performance and resolve operational issues
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates
- Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Partner with leadership on staffing, training, and operational planning What You Bring ✔️ 2+ years of warehouse or distribution supervisory experience ✔️ Experience with WMS and high-volume operations ✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ✔️ Knowledge of inbound/outbound distribution processes ✔️ Experience in automated distribution centers preferred This is a great opportunity for a warehouse leader who thrives in fast-paced operations and enjoys building high-performing teams.
