401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Training & development Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a team of warehouse associates. This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in English , with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assist with operations as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and mentor warehouse team members on daily operations, warehouse processes, scanners, and SOPs Ensure accurate and efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment Step in to assist with warehouse operations as needed to meet productivity and safety goals Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and effectively multitask in a fast‑paced environment Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and coordinating daily work assignments Enforce safety standards and company policies at all times Communicate clearly with management and team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual (English required; additional languages a plus) Several years of experience leading or supervising warehouse team members Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, scanners, and SOPs Forklift‑trained and comfortable operating warehouse equipment Ability and willingness to lift at least 100 pounds consistently Proven experience with scheduling, multitasking, and time management Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Reliable, hands‑on, and able to lead by example Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds on a regular basis Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Health insurance
