How You'll Make a Difference The Loader/Unloader is responsible for loading and unloading trailers while following company and safety guidelines. This role typical reports into the Operations Supervisor and is based in our Stockbridge Distribution Center. Load/unload trailers, sort, and stack cases on pallets. Shrink wraps pallet. Responsible for observing housekeeping, safety and C-TPAT compliance in assigned area of responsibility; Stay within compliance of the company policies regarding safety. Work efficiently and accurately in a production environment. Perform other tasks as assigned, including pulling during low volume periods. You If:

Basic knowledge of WMOS, including scanner tasks and functions. Team player willing to perform various job duties to support the department and the facility objectives and key performance indicators. A customer-service orientation willing to exceed the expectations our customers. Ability to lift to 50 pounds repetitively, scan with RF equipment, bend, twist, and be on your feet for shifts up to 12 hours long. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others (Supervisors, Managers, and peers). Flexibility to work overtime and comply with blackout periods (no vacation or personal time allowed) during peak periods. Efficiently handle tasks to include material handling and stock movement.
