Job Description

Ready to grow your career? Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Lead to join our hardworking, Distribution Center team. The Warehouse Receiving Lead is responsible for handling all incoming Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders, making sure everything is processed correctly as well as keeping our inventory 99%+ accurate for all received items.

Compensation Information:
$22.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
Receive/process all Purchase Orders and other inbound shipments. Monitor and manage all components of the receiving: Purchase Orders work is properly completed. Inbound bin cleared. All documentation completed/submitted. Inventory put away correctly. Correctly create/process/verify all steps of Distribution Center transfers. Properly file and maintain all Purchase Orders related forms and documents. Resolve any Purchase Orders-related questions or issues as quickly as possible. Take an active role in bi-weekly meetings with market leadership. Assist with normal warehouse activities as needed (loading, cycle counts, replenishment, etc.).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Management experience preferred. Computer skills (D365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and other equipment as needed. Ability to lift and/or move up to 75lbs as required. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends if necessary.
