Job Description
Warehouse Coordinator Contract to Hire $19-$20/hr. The Administrative Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for day-to-day business activities, including documentation management, data entry, transaction processing, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. This role helps ensure accurate records, timely processing of operational activities, and effective communication across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities Process and maintain operational records, transactions, and documentation Prepare and review reports, forms, invoices, shipping documents, or related business records Coordinate schedules, shipments, appointments, or service activities with internal teams and external partners Maintain accurate system data and ensure timely updates in company systems or customer portals Support inventory, order, production, or operational transactions as needed Assist with issue resolution, discrepancy investigation, and follow-up activities Create, track, and close operational work orders, service requests, or transactions Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and documentation standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, logistics, customer support, or related roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel #
