Job Overview askmaster Components is a leading supplier of trailer tires, wheels, and trailer components throughout North America. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shipping Lead to oversee daily shipping operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the daily activities of the shipping department. Coordinate the accurate picking, staging, and shipment of trailer tires, wheels, and trailer parts. Verify orders for accuracy before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction. Schedule and prioritize shipments to meet customer deadlines. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed. Train, coach, and develop shipping team members on company procedures and safety standards. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Communicate effectively with warehouse, inventory, customer service, and transportation teams to resolve shipping issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area. Monitor shipping performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Experience operating forklifts (certification preferred or willingness to become certified). Ability to read shipping documents, bills of lading, and packing lists. Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management or ERP systems is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

From $14.00 per hour
