Organize material for all Jobs. Label areas of warehouse for individual jobs. These spaces are constantly changing as materials are delivered and taken to the jobs. We will be asking you to help load these materials and sometimes deliver. 2. Accept freight and store. Accept all freight, identify what job and purchase order the freight is for. Label freight and put away. 3. Update all purchase orders as material is delivered. You will have a copy of the purchase orders that are active. We need you to keep a record of when the freight arrived and where it is. This will have to be kept in your files and copied in the office files every day. 4. Update all purchase orders as material is taken from the warehouse. As material leaves the warehouse, you will have to keep track of the date and person receiving the materials. Copy this information to the office file. 5. Organize material for return or restock. When materials are to be returned per a change order, we will ask you to pull them from the job stock. Maintain an area for return materials and expedite actual return of these items. 6. Track all material leaving shop and warehouse. Our regular inventory will be a purchase order for stock. As this material is used for small jobs, you will keep track of where the material goes and who takes it. They will be responsible for giving you a job name for you to keep track of. As these jobs are completed, remove these jobs from your files. 7. Organize materials not specific to a iob and keep an inventory update. Advise us if you need torestock. We try to maintain a certain amount of materials for our normal inventory. You will keep track of what we have in inventory. You will receive materials returned from jobs and material from stock purchase orders. These materials will have to be stored and credited back to jobs or marked received from the P. 0. Copies of all your transactions will have to be copied and filed in the main office at the end of each day. 8. Be the shop utility man. Be available to do whatever needs to be done when all materials are in order. 9. Mechanical aptitude is a plus Work References required.
