Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for some help with in our shipping department. The position would be full time. We will train you on everything that you need to know. We are a small but quickly growing company where every person really does make a difference on the team. It is a great atmosphere to work in and we are pretty easy going.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating shipping of products to customers via freight and parcel
• Taking customer shipping related calls
• Working with customers support and sales to make sure customers get what they need
• Working on the computer in Google Drive
• Working with Shopify to update customer order progress
• Maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Good work ethic
• Previous experience in shipping is a plus
• Positive personality
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail
