Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Receiving Supervisor to join our team. As a Receiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving operations along with the cleaning departments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the receiving team to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning teams (Dishroon and cleaners department)
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Verify quantities and match received goods with purchase orders
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of received goods
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues with received goods
• Build and document orders shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
• Train and mentor new team members on receiving processes and procedures
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in the receiving area

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting
• Strong knowledge of receiving processes, procedures, and best practices
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Skills:

• Industrial cleaning experience
• Commercial cleaning experience
• Facilities maintenance knowledge
• Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in the work area
• Custodial skills for maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
