Job Description

Apply Warehouse Lead $22/hr Aurora, IL Apply Description American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company with the goal of providing steady jobs to hard working individuals, all over the United States! We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead / Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. This position will require disciplined organization, delegation and strong leadership skills. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company's overall market share. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work. Team building, time keeping, and conducting new hire training Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance Organize and maintain the work area. Communicate job expectations and coach employees Determine staffing levels and assign workload Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices Pay rate: $20/hr with opportunity for increase as our team grows

Requirement:
Basic computer skills Leadership experience Desire to help others succeed Be able to hold standards high Requirements Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating Desire to build an amazing team Must be flexible Have a positive, solution-focused attitude Must undergo a background check Must pass a drug test Proven work experience as a warehouse lead/ supervisor Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations Strong organizational and time management skills Bilingual is a huge plus Apply View All Jobs
