About the Role We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Night Shift Inbound QC / Floor Coordinator to join our team and support daily warehouse operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Hourly Rate $22.00 - $23.00 depending on experience Responsibilities Taking photos before and after each container unloading Recording container number, dock door, start time, and final pallet count Checking pallet count during unloading Identifying and documenting damages, oversized cargo, mixed cargo, label issues, and other exceptions Measuring cargo dimensions on site when needed Providing unloading and exception information to the data clerk Making sure unloaded pallets are placed in the correct area Labeling or separating remaining pallets after loading Organizing empty pallets and damaged pallets Moving pending or exception items to the Hold area Helping clean up the floor before the end of the shift Reporting unfinished tasks to the night shift supervisor Assisting with the night shift handoff sheet Experience & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics or business preferred. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL industry preferred. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. High school diploma or GED preferred
