eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor / Working Manager

💰 $26-30/hour, based on experience & skills
⏰
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, approx. 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
📅 OT Eligible | Peak Season (October-December) hours may vary 🛠 What You'll Do
Lead daily shipping execution including pick, pack, and kitting operations
Manage labor throughput, productivity, and time clock adjustments
Coordinate FedEx trailer schedules, trucking execution, and wholesale/corporate orders
Oversee SQF food safety programs, including training, daily logging, and execution
Ensure proper use of equipment, forklifts, and completion of required physical training/certifications
✔ What We're Looking For
Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
Prior experience supervising or leading fulfillment/shipping operations
Strong knowledge of eCommerce order fulfillment and shipping workflows
Experience working in food, perishable, or SQF‑regulated environments preferred
Hands‑on leader with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
