Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Job Summary House of Spices is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle high-volume shipping and receiving of dry and refrigerated food products. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and familiarity with material movement and scanning systems in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Ship and receive large volumes of dry and refrigerated food products Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse Use hand scanners to track inventory and shipments accurately Verify product quantities and ensure proper documentation Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Follow food safety, quality, and warehouse procedures Support inventory control and warehouse operations as needed Required Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in high-volume material movement Experience using hand scanners Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills Preferred Skills & Qualifications Data entry experience Familiarity with scanners and inventory systems Ability to read and write in English Education Requirements High School Graduate (required) House of Spices Inc.
