Job Summary Responsible for all paperwork and coordination of activities associated with shipping/receiving of products within Adams Corporate Warehouse. Proficient in computer support to review inventory and process shipping/receiving. Major Responsibilities/Activities Process all inbound paperwork, including receipt into Epicor. Assist as needed in outbound shipment processing. Schedule outbound shipments with freight carriers. Close out completed shipping orders. Maintain Bill of Lading files. Check product availability; review incoming orders; obtain clarification from sales associates when necessary. Process LTL and small parcel claims. Maintain sundry (non-inventory) item stock levels, including introduction of Kanban system. Perform data entry for cycle count activity, as well as perform admin functions for all other activity, using checks and balances. Process RMAs; including quantity verification for accounting and sales activity. Research and provide solutions to operations challenges. Monitor pick/pack dashboard and print pick sheets for distribution. Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions and execute them. Perform limited inventory transactions. Perform other functions as required. Level of Interaction/Influence Continuous interaction with other employees, delivery personnel, vendors. Communicates effectively with all interactions and collaborates with others to keep the warehouse running smoothly. Level of Autonomy/Supervisory Authority No supervisory duties. Minimum Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years shipping & receiving experience required. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook suite of products. Well organized, good problem-solving and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to multi-task and perform as a team player.

Physical Requirements:
