Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring products and materials are accurately received, organized, packaged, and shipped to customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of delivering a great customer experience. Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect incoming packages for accuracy and damage Package and prepare finished tools for shipment Generate shipping labels and process shipments through UPS, FedEx, and other carriers Maintain shipping and receiving records within our ERP system Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with vendors and customers Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly shipping area Assist with inventory counts and material movement throughout the facility Communicate with team members to ensure customer orders are shipped on time Support other operational activities as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of their work A team player who enjoys helping others succeed A person who values quality and accuracy Someone looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable, growing company Why Join Shape-Master Tool? $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
