Perform accurate data entry, organize shipping/receiving documents, and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Keep precise track of daily inbound and outbound inventory logs. Coordinate and communicate daily operational updates between internal departments, logistics teams, and drivers. Assist with inventory counting, auditing, and other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required. Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfillment centers is highly preferred. Resolve real-time operational issues on the floor and lead onboarding/training for new team members.
Qualifications:

Manage full-scale warehouse operations, facility maintenance, and strategic labor planning. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the overall performance of the warehouse supervisor and staff. Ensure strict adherence to corporate inventory controls, standard operating procedures, and OSHA safety regulations.
