Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fleet Trailer Coordinator, where your expertise will drive efficiency and excellence in managing our fleet of trailers and transportation operations. In this vital role, you will coordinate trailer movements, optimize logistics workflows, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will keep our supply chain running smoothly, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of transportation planning and fleet management, making a tangible impact every day. Responsibilities Fleet Trailer Coordinator Track and monitor fleet trailer locations at all times Maintain accurate trailer inventory and status records Coordinate trailer movements, maintenance, and repairs Ensure trailers are assigned efficiently and available when needed Strong organizational skills and trucking experience required Experience Proven experience in fleet management or transportation planning within a logistics Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills for effective phone etiquette, internal communication, and customer service interactions. Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and vehicle dispatching procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Pay:
$51,479.62 - $61,996.96 per year
