Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support our fast-growing team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, and team productivity across all fulfillment processes—including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Operations Management Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity meets operational targets Train, coach, and onboard new warehouse staff Act as the point of contact for operational issue resolution and escalations Inbound & Receiving Oversee receiving operations from truck, air, and ocean shipments Verify goods accurately against documentation Monitor quality checks for damages and discrepancies Ensure timely system updates using scanners/PDA Storage & Inventory Management Ensure proper put-away and organization of inventory Maintain accurate bin locations and improve warehouse layout efficiency Lead cycle counts and support inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Order Fulfillment & Shipping Supervise picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and timeliness Ensure correct labeling (including FBA and carrier-specific requirements) Coordinate daily shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) Monitor fulfillment KPIs and improve workflow efficiency Safety & Compliance Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and tools Identify and implement process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency RequirementsBasic Requirements Authorized to work legally in the United States (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Experience & Skills Minimum 1+ year of warehouse supervisory or management experience (apparel/footwear preferred) Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory) Experience with warehouse systems, scanners, and basic computer tools ( Excel preferred ) Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Personal Attributes Strong leadership and communication skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards Reliable, responsible, and proactive Hands-on problem-solver mindset
