This role is responsible for ensuring webstores are accurate, functional, and aligned with client branding, while delivering a seamless ordering experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly organized Responsibilities Webstore Management Build, launch, and maintain client webstores Upload and manage products, pricing, images, and descriptions Ensure brand compliance for each client store (logos, colors, guidelines) Test functionality and user experience across all stores Order & Inventory Coordination Fulfillment of orders when production is complete Monitor incoming webstore orders for accuracy Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfill orders Track inventory levels and manage restocks Resolve order issues, backorders, and shipping delays Client Support Serve as a point of contact for webstore clients Assist clients with product selection and store updates Provide reporting on store usage, sales, and inventory Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Platform & Process Optimization Identify opportunities to improve store performance and usability Maintain and update workflows within our systems Support integrations with order management and fulfillment systems Maintain organized records of store setups and updates Qualifications Comfortable working in an eCommerce platform Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at one time Upload and manage products, pricing, images, and descriptions Ensure brand compliance for each client store (logos, colors, guidelines) Test functionality and user experience across all stores

Pay:
