Job Description

Bilingual Warehouse Operations Supervisor Location:
Naperville, IL ON SITE - Full Time (must be able to accommodate both shift schedules): Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until completion. Overtime hours as needed
Bilingual:
English/Spanish Pay $60k to $65k Overview This role is responsible for daily supervision of warehouse operations, customer order fulfillment, and logistics processes. The supervisor ensures a safe, efficient, and high performing operation while supporting growth through strong leadership, planning, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Associate Leadership and Development
  • Lead and support the warehouse team through daily floor presence and hands on leadership
  • Provide orientation, training, coaching, and ongoing development
  • Foster a safe, clean, and respectful work environment
  • Address performance issues, conflict resolution, and associate concerns
  • Conduct regular performance feedback and annual reviews
  • Ensure associates have proper tools and equipment to perform their jobs safely Operational Planning
  • Plan and adjust daily and weekly staffing and workload
  • Forecast volume and align labor, equipment, and space needs
  • Minimize unplanned overtime through effective scheduling
  • Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure safety and reliability Human Resources Support
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Support performance management, coaching, and corrective action
  • Assist with hourly associate retention and turnover goals Process Improvement
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Lead productivity and safety focused process improvements
  • Participate in site projects, workshops, and best practice sharing
  • Collaborate with other locations to improve operations Communication
  • Lead pre shift meetings and ensure clear shift handoffs
  • Communicate work expectations using standard procedures
  • Maintain a professional environment for drivers, vendors, and customers
  • Partner with internal teams to support operational goals Reporting and Inventory Control
  • Track and report key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Ensure accurate receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management
  • Complete required customer and vendor documentation
  • Support audits, quality reporting, and equipment reporting Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk the warehouse floor throughout the shift
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to meet vision requirements including close and distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
