Starting at : $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience) PROMAN Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing operation in Warrenville, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and KPI-driven performance. Position Summary The Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time customer deliveries. This position is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipping activities, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse and logistics personnel Schedule employees and manage staffing needs Coordinate overtime requirements Provide training and performance coaching Manage shipping and logistics operations Coordinate carriers and freight providers Resolve transportation and service issues Review shipping documentation and invoices Monitor inventory levels and accuracy Conduct cycle counts Support physical inventory audits Investigate inventory discrepancies Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including: Productivity Inventory Accuracy On-Time Delivery (OTD) Labor Efficiency Develop and achieve departmental performance goals Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and customer demand Enforce company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and 5S standards Identify process improvements and support cost-reduction initiatives Communicate operational performance, challenges, and recommendations to management Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred 3 to 5 years of warehouse and logistics leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Experience managing and reporting on KPIs Strong knowledge of: Inventory Control Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Operations Logistics Coordination Experience with ERP and MRP systems Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including: 5S Just-In-Time (JIT) Kanban Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bilingual English/Spanish required Forklift certification or operating experience preferred Work Environment Manufacturing and warehouse setting Frequent standing and walking throughout the facility Material handling responsibilities as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Why Work with PROMAN Staffing?
