Warehouse Supervisor Warrenville , IL Proman Staffing 1st shift- 7:00am-3:30pm Proman Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing operation in Warrenville, IL. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong warehouse, logistics, and KPI‑driven performance experience. Job Summary The Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor will oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on‑time delivery. This position will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate shipping and logistics activities, and drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives . Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse and logistics personnel, including scheduling, training, and overtime coordination Manage shipping and logistics functions (carrier compliance, service issues, documentation, invoices) Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts, and physical inventories Track and report KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, OTD (On‑Time Delivery), and labor efficiency Develop and achieve performance targets tied to key operating metrics Coordinate material flow to support production and customer demand Enforce safety standards, 5S, and company policies Identify process improvements and support cost‑reduction initiatives Communicate regularly with management regarding performance and operational challenges Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Prefered. 3-5 years of warehouse and logistics leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Experience tracking and managing KPIs Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and warehouse operations Experience with ERP/MRP systems Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, JIT, Kanban) Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Bilingual English/Spanish required Forklift experience/certification a plus Work Environment Manufacturing/warehouse setting Standing, walking, and material handling required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Why Work with Proman Staffing Long‑term opportunity with a reputable manufacturing company Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow and make a direct impact on operations
