Job Description

Overview Ignite your leadership skills and drive operational excellence as a Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift 2pm-10pm)! In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the smooth flow of inventory and shipments. Your expertise in logistics, process improvement, and warehouse management systems will be vital in optimizing efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and supporting our company's growth. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate job expectations and performance requirements. Coordinate and enforce production, safety, and quality policies and procedures Ensure that all welders know quality requirements before inspection is initiated Analyze work load for current and future orders to determine need for material/parts Make sure the final product meets drawing requirements and quality standard Ensure all employees are compliant with safety protocols by wearing proper PPE Collaborate with management and other supervisors to meet clients demands Maintain daily and monthly production schedules for clients Assign tasks to employees based on department need
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of blueprint reading Ability to perform math calculations 2-5 years metal manufacturing experiencе 2-5 years supervisor experience High school diploma or higher
PREFERRED SKILLS
Leadership, mentoring Optimize productivity Knowledge of welder and welding safety standards Organized and detail oriented Knowledge of Brake Press Knowledge of Flat lasers Knowledge of Spotwelding Bilingual is a plus Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor to energize your career! Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
