Summary:

Coordinate international shipping, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery. Manage order processing, prepare export documentation, work with carriers, and resolve shipping issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship international orders Prepare customs documents and invoices Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders Track shipments and handle order processing Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations Resolve transit delays and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and multitasking skills Experience with shipping systems (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, JD Edwards) Familiarity with Incoterms, export/import regulations Proficiency in

MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Kofax Preferred:
