COPY LINK link Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented andanized individual for a Shipping Coordinator for one of our top clients in Crown Point, IN. This role is essential to ensure the efficient coordination of inbound and outbound shipments while supporting overall warehouse operations. The position will operate from 8 am to 5:30 pm and is initially temporary, with the potential for full-time employment. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a critical role in optimizing schedules and maintaining effectivemunication with carriers and customers. Your ability to handle last-minute changes and resolve scheduling conflicts will be vital to the success of our client's operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate outbound and inbound carrier shipments to optimize warehouse schedules Adjust schedules in response to cancellations or emergencies to ensure efficiency Book, confirm, and update appointment times with carriers and customers as needed Serve as the primary contact for carriers and customers regarding tracking and scheduling concerns Input scheduling information into systems using scheduling software

Qualifications:

Stronganizational skills to manage multiple schedules and appointments effectively Excellentmunication skills to liaise with carriers and customers Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping to maintain accurate scheduling information Problem-solving skills to handle last-minute changes and resolve scheduling conflicts Ability to filter phone calls and manage inquiries professionally What's in it for you? Pay Details:
