Warehouse Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective:

Oversee all FRP daily functions

Essential Functions:

Ability to perform warehouse material management including receiving, shipping, and storage. Daily updates and reporting functions including customer service and sales questions/concerns. Plan and maintain the warehouse organization.

Characteristic Duties:

Ability to set rapport with cross-functional teams, departments and peers by demonstrating a professional and positive work ethic. Excellent organizational and time management skills and detail oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on multiple projects simultaneously. Perform other duties as assigned to full accountability.

Competencies:

Ability to provide clear communication to the shipping and receiving teams, sales, and management.

Supervisory Responsibility:

No Work Environment:

Operating a forklift in the warehouse and outside.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to complete job requirements. The employee may be required to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Full time hourly position with overtime as needed. Hours are 5am - 1pm

Travel:

None Required Education and Experience:

Experience with warehouse organization, shipping, receiving and forklift operation.

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
