This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, order accuracy, and team workflow. The right candidate for this role has strong warehouse experience, is comfortable leading a small team, and takes pride in accurate, organized, on-time fulfillment. This position is a good fit for someone who has worked as a warehouse lead, shipping and receiving lead, inventory lead, fulfillment lead, or distribution center lead. What You'll Do Lead daily warehouse fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, staging, labeling, and shipment preparation Verify order accuracy using part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and required documentation Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory, equipment, parts, and supplies Assign and prioritize daily work based on order volume, deadlines, and business needs Maintain clean, labeled, and organized warehouse areas for accurate inventory control Use Acumatica or other inventory/ERP systems to support fulfillment and warehouse workflows Coordinate with carriers, purchasing, and internal departments to ensure orders are ready to ship Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, performance issues, or operational delays Train warehouse team members on procedures, fulfillment standards, and safe equipment handling Follow OSHA safety requirements and company warehouse procedures What We're Looking For 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory, or distribution experience required Prior experience leading, training, or supervising warehouse employees preferred Experience using a WMS, ERP, inventory system, or shipping software preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Ability to prioritize work, stay organized, and manage daily workflow independently Clear, professional communication with warehouse, purchasing, operations, and management teams Forklift or powered industrial truck experience preferred; company certification may be required Experience with serialized inventory, technical parts, electronics, or high-accuracy fulfillment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment once trained and authorized Conditions of Employment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screen About ERS Wireless ERS Wireless is a third-generation, family-owned telecommunications company with more than 75 years of experience.
