Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor:
Role Summary We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operational execution across receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping. This position requires a strong operator who can manage workflow, enforce standards, and maintain consistent throughput in a fast‑moving environment. Primary Responsibilities Direct daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate, timely movement of freight Assign labor, monitor productivity, and adjust resources to meet operational targets Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined processes and routine cycle counts Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas Resolve operational issues quickly by coordinating with transportation, purchasing, and customer service Drive process discipline and identify opportunities to reduce errors and improve flow Ensure all documentation, scanning, and system updates are completed correctly and on time Support continuous improvement initiatives and hold team members accountable to performance standards Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safety compliance Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and maintain operational consistency Experience with WMS platforms and basic computer applications Solid communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment What We Provide Competitive compensation based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holiday pay Apply on Indeed or stop by our office for an application. 3705 N.
