Parts Manager Shipping And Receiving duties and responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices Put away all stock and items in a timely manner where they are located or locate new parts as needed Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area Assist in parts pulling and staging for the shop and deliveries or walk-in customers Cycle count inventory daily and submit results to team members to be entered in the system Benefits Geis Dealer Group offers a competitive benefits package with more than 10 health insurance plan options, including comprehensive family healthcare coverage and support programs, allowing employees to choose the plan that best fits their needs.
