90-Day Contract (Potential for extension or permanent conversion) The Opportunity We are seeking a reliable Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Lenexa. This role is essential to our healthcare operations, ensuring patient orders are processed, packed, and shipped with precision. This position starts as a 90-day introductory period . For a high-performer who demonstrates strong attention to detail, there is a possibility for contract extension or conversion to a permanent position based on business needs. Key Responsibilities +

Packing & Shipping:

Pack patient orders directly from the conveyor belt, wrap and stack pallets, and organize shipping documents. +

Inventory Control:

Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventories; restock pharmacy picking areas and manage stock levels for both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical supplies. +

Logistics Tracking:

Coordinate with the pharmacy team to track shipped packages, confirm receipt, and report any delivery issues. +

Warehouse Maintenance:

Receive incoming shipments, stock packing supplies at each station, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. +

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate manual or electric pallet jacks. There may be future opportunities for forklift operation and certification for those with prior experience. Requirements +

Physical Stamina:

This is a physically demanding role in a warehouse environment. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and spend the shift walking, reaching, twisting, and bending. +

Tech Savvy:

Ability to use a computer for inventory tracking (MS Word/Excel) and a 10-key pad . A typing speed of 20 wpm is preferred. +

Detail-Oriented:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are critical to ensuring the correct medications reach the right patients. +

Communication:

Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently. +

Experience:
