We're seeking dedicated problem-solvers passionate about helping people in their time of need. In this vital role, you'll help respond to individual fire and smoke damage restoration projects. What You'll Do:

Prepare work and staging areas for cleaning room daily activities; and end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown of facility and warehouse. Supervise temporary labor in cleaning room and warehouse areas. Maintain efficient and constant flow of contents and textiles to the cleaning room and provide a daily cleaning room and warehouse production reports. Perform content, textile and restoration equipment cleaning and deodorization inspections daily. Supervise and perform routine inspection of the facility and warehouse for cleanliness and organization. Performs weekly inventory of packing and textile products and communicates ordering needs to Warehouse Manager. Always adhere to safety and risk management guidelines. Communicate with Warehouse Manager and other warehouse team members to maintain efficient production processes. Update cleaning percentages and restoration status in task management system. Perform inventory of claimed contents, textiles, and other customer contents as required. Supervise quality of incoming and outgoing contents and textiles from subcontractors. Perform quality control inspection of contents and textiles prior to move-back to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform and oversee job site content inventory and pack out services, as needed. Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in contents and textiles cleaning and restoration. Strong attention to detail. High school diploma or GED required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Details:

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to work late as needed. Some occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime hours may be required. Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
