This role is a mix of shop work and field response —you will diagnose and repair equipment in the shop and respond to breakdowns in the field when they happen. If you take pride in your work, solve problems quickly, and want variety in your day-to-day, this role will fit you well. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heavy equipment, trucks, and small engines Perform both in-shop and field repairs across locations Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime Own and execute preventative maintenance schedules Track and manage maintenance using company systems Maintain DOT equipment compliance Organize and maintain a clean, structured shop Order parts and manage inventory What This Role Is A mix of shop and field work (not tied to one location) A fast-paced, problem-solving role where priorities shift A position with high ownership and responsibility What This Role Is Not A purely administrative or coordinator position A slow, predictable, in-shop-only role
Qualifications Must Have:
Strong mechanical ability (hydraulics, electrical, engines) Diesel experience Ability to diagnose and fix problems independently Experience with heavy equipment or similar machinery High level of ownership and accountability Nice to
